[Computer Chassis] Prime AP303 Disassembly Instructions

Notice

1. Protect hands by wearing gloves before disassembly or assembly. Handle parts carefully, especially corners, to prevent scratches.

2. Handle glass side or front panels with extreme care during disassembly to prevent collisions, falls, or undue stress.
3. During disassembly, lay the case flat on a stable surface to prevent the side panel from falling.
4. Neatly arrange relevant wires during assembly to prevent damage to the wires.
5. Track all screws and small components during disassembly and assembly to avoid losing any parts..  

Preparation

Phillips screwdriver PH2

Panels

Gently detach the panel from the panel clip, then lift to remove it.

Front Panel  and  Side Panel

*Important: Handle glass side or front panels with extreme care during disassembly to prevent collisions, falls, or undue stress. 

The case should be laid flat on a stable surface to prevent the side panel from falling during the process*

Top Panel

Front I/O Module

*Preparation: Remove both side panels and the front panel. Unplug the cable headers and release the cable ties/management fasteners*

Unscrew the two screws on each side that secure the module, then carefully pull out the entire Front I/O module with its cables.

PSU Bracket

*Preparation: Remove left side and the front panels.

1. Remove the cable hiding board by unscrewing the two screws.

2. Unscrew the two screws at the front side of case, then lift the bracket to remove it.

Fan

Unscrew the four securing screws located at the four corners of the fan.

Feet

Remove the foot pad, then unscrew the securing screw located in the round hole.
