The GeForce RTX 4060 Ti is an efficient, cool, and quiet VGA that offers excellent performance for 1080p. The presence of DLSS 3 is good, although it still has to contend with some uncertainties. Negatives to consider, however, include the limited performance increase, and the 8GB of video memory with 128-bit bus. As for the price, it is certainly in line with the previous generation.
