These glossaries describe the settings and options available in the NUC Bioses. The presence of menus and Bioses settings are dependent on your NUC model, hardware components installed, and the Bioses version.

There are two Bioses cores for NUCs, depending the the model.

Aptio V Bioses Core

For most NUC models that shipped in 2019 and later.

How can you tell which Bioses core is used on your NUC?

  1. Press F2 during boot to enter Bioses Setup.
  2. Compare the home page to the images below.
  3. Press F10 to exit Bioses.
