Terms and Conditions for GoPro Premium+ Promotion

To support video creators, ASUS has partnered with GoPro to provide a limited-term subscription to GoPro Premium+ (referred to as the “Offer”). These terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) shall apply in addition to ASUS’s Terms of Use Notice and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Standard Terms”). In addition, you must create a GoPro account and accept the GoPro Terms of Use to be eligible. By redeeming the Offer, you agree to both the Offer Terms and the Standard Terms. Capitalized terms used in the Offer Terms but not otherwise defined shall have the meaning given to them in the Standard Terms. ASUS and GoPro reserve the right to modify or terminate this Offer at any time in their sole discretion without prior notice and shall be held no liability for any such modification or termination.

1. HOW TO PARTICIPATE. To claim the Offer, the User must purchase one (1) new and eligible ASUS product (refurbished products are excluded) during the Promotion Period (as defined below). Upon qualifying, the User may claim either (i) complimentary six (6)-month GoPro Premium+ Subscription, or (ii) complimentary three (3)-month GoPro Premium+ Subscription according to the eligible ASUS product the User purchases, and may eligible to claim a 15%-off discount coupon for use for purchase of a GoPro hardware listed on the redemption portal on www.gopro.com. This Offer can be combined with other, simultaneously running offers from ASUS or GoPro. If User returns the eligible ASUS product, its eligibility will be invalidated, and User will not be entitled to claim or receive the Offer. This does not apply if User exercises its legal rights under the Consumer Rights laws because the eligible ASUS product is faulty.

The User must be an ASUS member and log in to MyASUS app to redeem the Offer. Once its eligibility is verified, the User will be directed to a redemption portal on gopro (additional terms and conditions apply), where the User will be instructed to select the Order and log in with, or create, a GoPro account. 

2. PROMOTION TERRITORY. The Offer is only available in regions where GoPro makes the subscription accessible to its end users. Users located outside the regions listed below will not be able to redeem the subscription.

Eligible regions: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Belgium, Bermuda, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Cayman Islands, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guam, Guatemala, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Maldives, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD. The Offer begins in Taiwan starting October 7, 2025 at 00:00 AM, GMT+8 and ends on October 7, 2027 at 11:59 PM, GMT+8 (“Promotion Period”).

4. REDEMPTION PERIOD. The Offer may be claimed between October 7, 2025 at 00:00 AM, GMT+8 and October 7, 2027 at 11:59 PM, GMT+8 (“Redemption Period”).

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent of any Offer, except by ASUS, which reserves the right to substitute an Offer with one of comparable or greater value. Any taxes and any duties on the Offer are the User’s sole responsibility. The Offer is not transferable, and no cash alternative or Offer substitutions are available unless ASUS and GoPro, in their sole discretion, determine otherwise. ASUS reserves the right to substitute cash or a similar offering of equal or greater value should the Offer described be unavailable for any reason. ASUS shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, claims, costs or legal proceedings incurred or suffered by any individual as a result of their participation. In addition, ASUS is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or delays that may affect your ability to claim the Offer. ASUS's decisions on all matters related to the Offer are final and binding.

6. VIOLATION. ASUS reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity and authenticity of any proof of the purchase of the eligible ASUS product. ASUS also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual whom it reasonably believes has breached the Offer Terms and Standard Terms, tampered with the claim process, or engaged in any fraudulent or unlawful behavior, or other improper misconduct intended to compromise the fair and proper execution of the Offer. ASUS may, at its discretion, accept errors and omissions. Failure by ASUS to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. ASUS fully reserves its legal rights to seek damages or other compensation from any offender.

7. SURVIVAL. If any clause of these Offer Terms should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. User understands and agrees that the Offer is being provided “AS-IS,” and ASUS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ANY OFFER OR THE PARTICIPATION OF THE USER IN THE OFFER.
