[Wireless Router] How to manually assign LAN IP around the DHCP list?

In general, the device connected to ASUS router will receive a dynamic private IP address from router DHCP server, like 192.168.1.3.  Therefore, the IP address obtained by the same device each time may not be the same.

ASUS router support assigning specific static IP addresses to devices. For example, when you connect a NAS device to an Asus router, you usually enter the NAS's IP address to access it. In this case, you can set a static IP address for that device on the ASUS router.
